Pick-Up Instructions

All pick-ups are from Wishart.

Pick-up times are arranged directly between the customer and the business to ensure a smooth handover.

🎂 What to Expect at Pick-Up

When collecting your order, we provide:

• A cake care card with storage and handling instructions
• A cake cutting guide to help you serve your cake perfectly

⚠️ Responsibility

Please note that once your order has been collected, full responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any damage or issues after pick-up.

Delivery Information

📦 Do I have to be home to collect my order?

Yes. Someone must be present to receive the order at the time of delivery.
This ensures your items are handed over safely and remain in perfect condition.

🏢 Do you deliver to non-residential locations?

Yes, we do deliver to business and other non-residential addresses.
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address when placing your order.

📍 Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within a 10km radius of Wishart.

Delivery is charged at $1 per km (return trip).

For locations outside of this area, please contact us directly to discuss whether delivery can be accommodated.
