Cancellation and refund policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit reserves your date in our calendar and covers the time spent planning your order, as well as any custom items, decorations, toppers, or supplies that may need to be ordered specifically for your cake.
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. Where availability allows, we are happy to transfer your booking to a new date.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 14 days' notice:Â Your booking may be transferred to another available date.
- Â The initial deposit is non refundable
As our cakes and desserts are custom-made to order, refunds are generally not available once production has commenced or custom items have been purchased for your order.
Any request to postpone an order is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing.
