How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website for products and cake options that are available online.
If you are looking for a fully custom cake design, custom flavour, or something not listed on the website, please complete our enquiry form and we will discuss your requirements.
Can I customise my cake order?
Yes!
Cakes ordered through our website are limited to the flavours, sizes, and design options available on the product page.
For fully customised cakes, special themes, custom flavours, or cakes designed to match a specific event, please complete our enquiry form and we'll work with you to create something special.
What is your ordering timeframe?
For custom cake orders, we recommend allowing 1–2 weeks' notice.
Availability can vary throughout the year, particularly during busy periods, so booking as early as possible is always recommended.
Last-minute orders may occasionally be accommodated depending on availability.
How far in advance can I place an order?
You are welcome to place an order 6–12 months in advance.
This is particularly recommended for weddings, milestone birthdays, baby showers, and other special events where securing your date is important.
If your event is further in the future, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Where are you located?
All products are baked in a licensed commercial kitchen.
Orders are brought to our collection location shortly before collection, with pick-up available from Wishart, Queensland.
The full collection address will be provided when your order is confirmed.

What kind of buttercream do you use?
We use Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC) on our cakes for its smooth texture, less-sweet taste, and elegant finish.
For cupcakes and decorative buttercream details, we typically use American Buttercream (ABC) as it holds its shape well and is ideal for piping and decorative work.
Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan options?
Yes, we offer both Gluten-Free and Vegan options.
Please note your dietary requirements when ordering or submit an enquiry if you have specific requests.
Do you offer Egg-Free cakes?
Yes, we offer Egg-Free cake options.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements before ordering.
Are the images on the cake edible?
Yes. We have an edible image printer and can print edible images directly onto icing sheets for cakes and cupcakes.
Please note that while images placed on the front or sides of the cake are typically edible, some decorations used on the top of the cake may be non-edible. These can include:
- Acrylic toppers
- Cardboard toppers
- Plastic decorations
- Other decorative items

Any non-edible items should be removed before serving.
Do you use fresh flowers on cakes?
Unless specifically requested, we use artificial flowers on our cakes.
While fresh flowers can be beautiful, many varieties are not food-safe and should not come into contact with food. For this reason, some flowers may not be used even if requested.
If fresh flowers are requested, only suitable food-safe varieties will be considered.
How do I choose the right size cake?
We have a Cake Serving Guide available on our website to help you choose the appropriate cake size for your event.
If you're unsure, please contact us and we'll be happy to recommend a size based on your guest numbers.
Do you offer custom cakes?
Yes!
We love creating custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and special occasions.
Please complete the enquiry form available on our website and provide as much information as possible, including:
- Event date
- Number of guests
- Theme or inspiration photos
- Preferred flavours
- Budget (optional)
Can I cancel my order?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
This deposit:
- Reserves your date in our calendar
- Covers administration and planning time
- Allows us to order custom toppers, decorations, edible images, and other personalised items
- Secures a booking space that may otherwise have been offered to another customer

For this reason, deposits are non-refundable.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit reserves your date in our calendar and covers the time spent planning your order, as well as any custom items, decorations, toppers, or supplies that may need to be ordered specifically for your cake.
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. Where availability allows, we are happy to transfer your booking to a new date.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 14 days' notice: Your booking may be transferred to another available date.
- Less than 14 days' notice: The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
- Less than 7 days' notice: No refunds will be provided on any payments made.
As our cakes and desserts are custom-made to order, refunds are generally not available once production has commenced or custom items have been purchased for your order.
Any request to postpone an order is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing.
